Day Two Hundred and Seventy Three
My new favourite thing is to double track everything in the mix (ie. duplicate a sound, apply different effects to each but play them simultaneously). So today, double Kingswood plus double clarinet. I pulled out the clarinet a couple of weeks ago, having not touched it in ten years. I can still get an ok sound out of it! So I began experimenting with long notes, a contact microphone and some effects pedals today: delays, EQ and pitch shift.
